Our rubber screw CNC machining center achieves fine design of screw threads through high-precision programming control, which can be accurate to the micron level, whether in the pitch, tooth angle or thread depth, thus ensuring tight engagement and efficient transmission of threads. At the same time, we are equipped with advanced precision detection equipment, such as three-coordinate measuring machines, laser scanners, etc., to conduct comprehensive and strict inspections of the diameter tolerance, length dimension and thread shape of the screw. The unique rubber formula makes the screw excellent oil, water, high temperature, low temperature resistance and other properties, and greatly enhances its sealing performance. The unique structural design further consolidates these properties. By optimizing the cross-sectional shape of the screw, enhancing the elasticity and adaptability of the sealing lip, and using multi-layer composite structures, the screw can be closely fit with the mating surface when rotated or stationary, effectively preventing medium leakage. This excellent sealing effect not only ensures the safe operation of the equipment, but also significantly reduces the maintenance costs caused by leakage.
